Dizzy? Suffer from Positional Vertigo?

If you suffer from Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), or what most people just refer to it as, vertigo, we offer treatment that can significantly help.

People that suffer with this have dizziness which is  thought to be due to debris that has collected within a part of the inner ear.  This debris can be thought of  as "ear rocks", which are small crystals of calcium carbonate that come from a structure in the ear called the "utricle".  The utricle may have been damaged by head injury, infection, or other disorder of the inner ear, or may have degenerated because of advanced age.  It is assumed they dissolve naturally or are  actively reabsorbed by parts of the inner ear.  However, when present, they cause dizziness in many people and common complaints are feeling like "I'm on a boat" with certain positional changes such as rolling out of bed, or looking up.

Symptoms from BPPV can come and go, but if you've been dealing with this for longer than 4-6 weeks, we recommend a course of treatment.  Using certain positional maneuvers, we can 're-position' the "ear rocks" which can allow for the inner ear to perform its balancing duties and thus, eliminate your dizziness.
