Dr. Tricia Schwartz-Smith
A native of Chamberlain, South Dakota, Dr. Tricia obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of South Dakota in 1996. After receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Acupuncture certification from Northwestern Health Sciences University in November 2000, she opened up a practice in Sioux Falls in 2001. In September 2002, she co-founded Natural Arts Chiropractic & Acupuncture with her husband, Dr. Tracy J. Smith.
Dr. Tricia treats the typical day to day complaints and has special interests in treating infertility with acupuncture and has become well renowned for her expertise and success in this realm. She believes people must be treated "as a whole rather than parts" and enjoys helping people live a happier and more productive life.
Dr. Tricia is board certified to practice Chiropractic and Acupuncture in the State of South Dakota. She is also a member in good standing with both the South Dakota Chiropractic Association (SDCA) and the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). In recognition of her skill and knowledge, she was appointed to serve on the national board committee that writes the annual acupuncture examination in the spring of 2007.
Dr. Tricia has enjoys living in Sioux Falls and spending time with her husband and their five children.
